We always choose accommodation that we feel has something special. We visit each place personally, try the food and meet the staff. We also spend a great deal of time looking at respected review websites to make sure there aren't any surprises. To help you with your choice, we have given each hotel or accommodation our own rating based on the facilities, level of luxury, feedback from previous holidays and official classification. These ratings range from Jack to Ace, and this is then reflected in the price of your holiday.
